Is there any additional fees?

Our plan starts with Rs1000/- per month for unlimited orders/customers etc. There is no additional fees per message etc But there is a fee charged by Whatsapp per conversation for 24 hrs window which is approximately 30-60 paise for unlimited messages within 24 hrs window. Whatsapp offers 1000 conversation free pre month and charges for Whatsapp api will be paid by you to WhatsApp directly. We don't charge any surcharges like other providers. If you need any custom changes in platform or software we might charge different fees for services based on requirement.

Where do I see all my order?

Whenever customer places order on your Whatsapp bot we will forward it to your personal Whatsapp no with complete details. You can process it at your end. We also offer advance dashboard/reporting etc for additional fees.

How much time it takes to start this?

We will need 1-2 business days to setup your number. And once initial setup is done you can start accepting the orders. Setup is free of charge and it's part of membership.

What all is needed to start this?

We need one active phone number to connect to whatsApp API. This number can't be used on free WhatsApp. We will need Facebook Account to setup this number. Our team member will guide you though video call to setup this number.

Do I need to have a website?

Website is not needed but if you have then it's beneficial. You can connect your number with website to centralise your orders on Whatsapp.
